Before Žiška, Radule had a dreem of implementing quality management standards into a large system. That dream was a nightmare, so immediately after getting a bachelor’s degree, he escaped to marketing and communications, and then to Žiška.
Several years later (4 in real life, double in agency life), Žiška enabled him to develop in media buying and copywriting, but he is mostly focused on project management.
With over 100.000 followers, he likes to say that he is a TikToker. This short influencer experience enabled him to lead and monitor all influencer projects at Žiška.
