Nermin Nino Kasupović is a creative director, designer, and trahana producer from Bihać. He studied graphic design and, through his work and research, developed a unique visual style that blends Scandinavian minimalism with the warmth of Balkan expression. As the founder of Effect, an agency specialized in branding and design, he is behind award-winning campaigns for regional and European clients, including gold and silver awards at the 2024 No Limit Advertising Festival for the Plivit Adria brand.

He is the founder and organizer of the Kreativna Republika festival, which transforms Bihać into a regional hub of creativity each year. His contributions to the industry are further recognized through his roles as a jury member at prestigious festivals such as Young Lions, SoMo Borac, and BalCannes. He is also the co-author of the university textbook Branding: Theory and Practice.

Beyond communications, Kasupović is also dedicated to developing distinctive local brands. Together with his wife, he launched Braško, a traditional trahana brand now exported to 13 markets, including Scandinavia and the USA, with a business model focused on empowering older women.

Passionate about his work, Kasupović remains committed to his mission—building bridges between ideas and markets, between Bihać and the world.
