Mihailo Ponjavić started working at Ringier Axel Springer in 2012, as officer for agencies and large customers. After 6 months he assumed the position of a manager in the advertising department of BLIC and soon afterwards he became executive manager of the advertising sector. In October 2015 he was appointed Director of Media Impact Serbia, the largest integrated advertising-sales organization in Serbia. Mihailo successfully carried out the transformation of the sales department of the company into the selling brand of the company – Media Impact, which is digitally oriented and focused on the end user, with a sales approach offering cross-media and multi-platform services. Within less than two years, Media Impact has achieved excellent results and increased its market share in revenues from advertising.
